We didn’t choose the Lot with the number 7 because the 7 happens to be our lucky number. No, this lot was from the very first moment our favorite. It is facing westward towards wonderful sunsets. The view over the lake with to the well-maintained lots across and the Fountain situated right in the middle of the Lake (with the impressive evening lighting) was the main reason to buy this beautiful Lot.

As you can see in the pictures below, we replaced the original concrete surface with decorative interlocking paving stones. The paved surface is now many times bigger. By planting more tropical trees and bushes it became even more serene and intimate.

Various seating areas invite you to relax. We added awnings to the Coach House and we now have a well protected BBQ Area. Low voltage-reflectors and lights at night create a special atmosphere. Various decorative items such as potted plants, and the tiki man complete the cozy image.

As a special high-light the Coach House has been expanded. It features a full kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and microwave. Outlets for washing machine and dryer are available. Of Course we also installed an air conditioning unit. A water heater supplies the kitchen and the bath/shower with hot water.

Throughout the remodeling we used only top quality materials. The floor tiles are granite, the kitchen countertop is Silestone.

Indirect lighting provides “‘Gemütlichkeit” for the evening hours.
